mug_kegan thomas 4-2021On Tuesday, April 6th at 2:21 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to an accident on Michigan Road and Veteran’s Parkway involving an intoxicated driver.

Officer Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department located the vehicle and driver at the Speedway Gas Station in Plymouth.An investigation was conducted by Officer Stamper who was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies that led to the arrest of 21 year old Kegan J. Thomas of Plymouth.

Thomas was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Possession of Marijuana, Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with bond set at $1,505.

Mr. Thomas was released later that day and was given a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 20th.
