mug_Rodriquez,Eduardo 3-2021On Wednesday, March 17th at approximately 12:28 P.M. Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call concerning a single vehicle accident that collided with a utility pole on Plymouth- Goshen Trial near Hawthorn Road.

As Deputy Tempelman with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the scene the driver of the vehicle was suspected to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

The driver identified as 40 year old Eduardo Rodriguez of Bremen was taken for evaluation and showed further signs of impairment.

During the search of the vehicle the news release stated that illegal substances were found inside the vehicle and Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody

Rodriguez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operating with a Controlled Substance in the Body and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment with bond set at $1,505.
