Mug_Price, Lyndsey 3-2021On Saturday, March 20th at approximately 5:00 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle accident that occurred in the area of the 100 block of East Shore Drive and 18B Road in Culver.

As Deputy Bennett arrived the vehicle was found to be submerged in Lake Maxinkuckee with the driver of the vehicle being identified as 19 year old Lyndsey Price of Plymouth.

Price was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and was transported to St. Joseph Medical Center in Plymouth for a certified chemical test that showed her to be over almost three times the legal limit of alcohol.

Lyndsey Price was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on the charges of Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor with bond set at $1,505. She was released Monday morning for No Judicial Review and received a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 6th.

The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was assisted by the Culver Police Department, Culver Fire & EMS and Lyons Towing.
