A public auction will be held in the parking lot of the Marshall County Jail this Friday, March 19th at 10 a.m.
The auction will consist of eleven vehicles and three motorcycles that have been seized in police cases. The vehicles are being sold to the highest bidder as is, where is and without warranty.
Up for sale on the auction block will be a:

Vehicles are parked along the west end of the visitor parking lot if you would like to look them.
There is not registration fee for this auction. All winning bids need to be paid in full the day of the sale. Payments must be by Certified Check, Money Order or Cash.
Funds raised from the sale of these vehicles at the auction will be shared by the attorney handling the seizure, the Common School Fund and to the local Drug Unit for equipment
