mug_shot justin sandersOn Friday, March 5th Officer John Tice with the Bremen Police Department located 29 year old Justin Paul Sanders of Bremen in the area of Plymouth Street and Montgomery Street in Bremen.

Mr. Sanders was wanted on an active warrant out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear on Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia, Failure to Appear on Court Cost & Fines on a Theft charge, Failure to Appear on Probation Violation and Failure to Appear on Court Costs & Fines on a Driving While Suspended Charge.

While Mr. Sanders was being taken into custody Officer Tice he was found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Syringe, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia and received a $5,005 bond.

Sanders was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held without bond for the active warrant.
