On Wednesday, February 24th at 3:30 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Marshall County Probation Department in reference to a male being held on a probation violation.

Upon arriving 38-year-old Tyson Blackford of Bourbon was taken into custody on a probation violation.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $505 bond for the Probation Violation along with a $1,505 bond for the Possession of a Legend Drug and Synthetic Urine.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
