On Thursday February 11th at approximately 7:46 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Arnold responded to the 800 block of North Walnut in reference to a complaint of an intoxicated male refusing to leave the residence. Upon arriving Officer Arnold located 36 year old Timothy Hoff of North Judson attempting to drive away. After a brief investigation Mr. Hoff was taken into custody for Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment with a BAC greater than.15. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 bond.
