Mug_Shot lakoda filson 8-31-2020On Sunday, August 30th at approximately 6:30 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 20,000 block of 8th Road. Upon arriving to the area the suspected vehicle was sitting stationary in the middle of the westbound lane facing the wrong direction. Deputy Benneett noticed an unconscious male subject sitting in the driver seat. The male subject, identified as 20 year old, Lakoda Filson of Culver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances. Mr. Filson was Taken into custody and transported to St. Joseph Regional Hospital for a chemical test. Filson was later booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Endangering a Person and Illegal Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor with bond set at $1,505.
