The Plymouth girls hosted Tippecanoe Valley, Bremen, and Laville on Monday evening at Pretty Lake sweeping the night both on the JV and Varsity sides.

Medalist honors went to Senior Olivia Horvath 46.  Close behind was Junior Annastasia Hutchings 47.  Sophomore Elaina McDonald 51, Freshmen Hannah LaFree 51, and Sophomore Emma Rozycki 53 rounded out the varsity scoring.  All the girls did a great job limiting the amount of 3-putt greens tonight.  As a group, the girls hit the ball long off the tee tonight however we found our fair share of trees and bunkers  Nonetheless, the girls posted their second-best team score of the nine-hole season coming within two shots of our low.
On the JV side, Sophomore Denise Guillot carded a career-best 54 to lead all JV scorers.  Freshman Madaline Borden 58 also carded a career-best tonight.  Both girls hit some quality shots tonight.  Denice hit 5 of 7 fairways off the tee.
With tonight’s wins, the Varsity improves to 4-2 on the season and the JV moves to 3-1.  The Varsity girls are next in action Saturday when they play in the Warsaw Invitational at Stonehenge.  As coaches, we’re eager for some much-needed practice time the next several days.  The opportunity to work on some weaknesses is needed.
