MugShot_tyler ringer 2-23-20A Lakeville man was arrested by County Police following a traffic stop in front of 1St Source Bank in LaPaz on Sunday morning about 2:20. 

Officer Ayala initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 24 year old Tyler Randall Ringer and during the course of the traffic stop Officer Ayala offered Ringer the Indiana Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

Tyler Ringer was then transported to the Marshall County Correctional Facility for a chemical breath test. After the test Ringer was admitted into the Marshall County Jail for: Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or more and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Tyler Ringer was then given a court date of March 10th and a cash bond of $1500.  He posted bond at 3 p.m. on Sunday and was released.
