Bremen swimmers fall at New Prairie
NEW CARLISLE — New Prairie swept Bremen’s swimmers in an NIC match with the boys winning 123-62 and the girls beating Bremen 130-47.
The Bremen boys swim and dive team recorded 11 lifetime personal bests against New Prairie Saturday morning to bring the season total to 98 PRs.
Luke Becker recorded two first-place finishes. Becker won the 100 butterfly in a time of 55.73 and the 500 freestyle in a time of 5:40.87.
The relay team of Jacob Fish, James Wordleman, Jacob Andrews, and Becker took the win in the boys 200 freestyler relay.
The girls swim and dive team recorded seven-lifetime personal bests to bring the season total to 86 lifetime best times and scores.
Keely Miller won the 200 freestyle (2:28.49) and the 500 Freestyle (6:45.48).
Rachel Hall won the girl’s 100 breaststroke touching the wall in a time of 1:28.11.
