Lady Lions advance
SOUTH BEND – Bremen’s girls cross country team placed fourth at the South Bend Riley Sectional and qualified for Saturday’s regional at Oxbow Park. Courtney Lawmaster finished 5th overall (21:10) and Rachel Hall finished 9th (21:31). Jasmine Gramm, Keeley Miller and Caylee Barr all had season-best times for the Lady Lions.
Glenn’s Hailey Vermillion placed 15th overall (21:55) and advances as an individual. Teammate Katelynn Braun was 22nd (22:18). Faith Rock was LaVille’s top finisher (39th, 25:10).
