Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold was contacted about 3:30 on Tuesday afternoon by a business in the 200 block of North Michigan Street about an employee theft.
He began an investigation that alleges that 47 year old Charles Winger of involved in a crime. Winger was located and arrested for Check Fraud, Identity Deception, and Forgery.
He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
