Bruce and Syntha Salyer were granted a Variance of Use to allow an existing building to be used as a engine machine shop at 7459 17th Road near Argos.

Marshall County REMC was granted a Variance of Development Standard to reduce the rear year setback from the required 20 feet to 8 feet in order to install a prefabricated building to house electronic equipment at 17985 3B Road near Walkerton.

Michael Penrod was granted a Variance of Development Standard to reduce the Righ-Of-Way setback from the required 50 feet to 37 feet in order to build a garage for personal use at 9007 6B Road near Plymouth.

Robert Teacher was granted a Variance of Development Strandard to reduce the Right-Of-Way setback from the required 50 feet to 49 feet in order to allow for an open porch on the front of the house at 2395 North Quince Road near Walkerton.

Ronald and Rhonda Lemler were granted a Special Use to allow an existing pallet business at 9200 Apple Road near Bourbon and

Ancilla Domini received a Special Use to allow two medium solar panels at 20011 9B Road west of Plymouth.
