MugShot_Lucas vervyncktOfficer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Plymouth man early Saturday morning, May 18th after stopping the vehicle he was driving in the area of Queen Road and State Road 17. 

21 year old Lucas Vervynckt was driving a 2006 silver Pontiac passenger car and was stopped about 3 a.m.

He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified blood draw which showed him to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

Lucas Vervynckt was taken to the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
