Park Board_Bottorff Donation_2Plymouth Park Department Superintendent Mike Hite told park board members this week that he continues to work with Denny Bottorff who in making a substantial donation of historic pictures and artifacts.

Park Board_Bottorff Donation_1Last September Bottorff, a rustic collector brought several items of his collection which includes photos, artwork, charts and items such a antique snowshoes, fishing baskets and more.  Superintendent Hite has been working with Bottorff to select the right items to decorate the walls of the Conservation Club House.

Park Board_Bottorff Donation_3The Conservation Club House was recently painted by Schoberg & Schoberg and Hite said they are about ready to decorate with the donations from Bottorff.  He noted that the park will be paying for some mounting and framing cost, but that those costs can be covered by using the Van Gilder Trust account in the Community Foundation.
