Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop on December 23rd at the corner of Michigan and Baker Streets. He pulled over a moped for an equipment violation.
During the traffic stop 23 year old Jesse Lee Schewe of Warsaw was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
Schewe was lodged in Marshall County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
