Friday, December 22nd about 5:30 in the evening, Bremen Police Officer Matt Schnaible served a search warrant to 39 year old Isaac Clark at Plymouth and Center Streets.
Mr. Clarke was taken into custody for the contempt warrant and was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
