Jana’s Gymnastics Bronze, Silver and Gold Teams competed in the Irish Classic Gymnastics competition held at Bethel College on Saturday and Sunday, December 17 and 18th. Jana’s Gold Team earned a 1st Place finish with a team score of 110.825 while Jana’s Bronze Team earned a 2nd Place Team finish with a team score of 111.7 and Silver finished in 4th Place with a team score of 109.925.
Every single gymnast has now qualified to compete at their State Meet in March. Gymnasts earn a bid to State by receiving an All-Around score of 32 or higher at a competition. All-Around is determined by combining their individual scores on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Of the 33 girls competing for Jana’s this past weekend, 31 had No-Fall Beam Routines.
The girls will travel to Indianapolis next month to compete at the Judges Cup at the State Fairgrounds.
