SOUTH BEND – Plymouth’s Freshmen football squad fell to Riley on Thursday night by a score of 6-0.
The young Rockies battled all night, but came up a couple plays short. Donny Poczik paced the offense on the night, consistently moving the pile whenever he got the football.
The Rockies defense gave up the lone score early in the 2nd quarter, but held Riley without much offense for the remainder of the contest. Plymouth falls to 1-2 on the year and 0-1 in the NLC. They are back in action next Thursday night, when they travel to Warsaw.
