Taco WarsThe votes have been pouring in by the thousands to find the best Tacos in Indiana’s Cool North. Over the past ten days, Northern Indiana residents and visitors have been voting in each of the seven county‘s Taco Wars to find the best taco in that county.  Marshall County Tourism is proud to announce their Taco War champion, Mila’s Mini Market! Mila’s received 704votes to secure the title of Best Taco in Marshall County. Mila’swill now move on to the regional final to compete alongside the six other county winners, to see who will be crowned best Taco in Indiana’s Cool North.

The voting for the regional round will begin Friday August 4 at noon EST, and will be hosted at the regional website IndianasCoolNorth.com/TacoWars. The regional round lasts ten days and on August 14 at noon we will all know who has been voted Best Taco in Indiana’s Cool North.

Let customers’ voices be heard! Voters can log in daily to vote to make sure their favorite restaurant gets the credit it deserves. Voters can keep checking the website and Indiana’s Cool North social media pages for a chance to win prizes through mini contests held throughout the voting process. Voters are encouraged to sign in and vote each day for a chance to win the grand prize of a $25 gift certificate to each of the seven restaurants participating in the regional round.

Mila'sThe seven winning restaurants that will vie for Best Taco in Indiana’s Cool North are the following: Mila’s Mini Market in Plymouth, Woodfire Meat Market and Deli in Valparaiso, Cabos Ice Cream Shop & Café in Michigan City, Los Aces Mexican Food in South Bend, Los Primos in Goshen, Courtside Restaurant Lounge in LaGrange, and Taco Jalisco Food Truck in Warsaw.
