Ensuring that our local schools have the tools they need to shape our future workforce is vital to economic growth. That is why the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation is excited to announce that the Education Workforce Innovation Network and the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning at the University of Indianapolis have named the Plymouth Community School Corporation (PCSC) as a recipient of their Education-Workforce Partnership Planning Grant.
The total grant of $75,000 will fund six groups across the state, including PCSC, to support education-workforce alignment research and implementation. Plymouth’s Manufacturing and Precision Machining Program will explore innovative business and education engagement practices and create career pathways in precision machining to better meet regional employment needs.
