Argos Schools signArgos Community Schools registration will be available online beginning July 13th at www.argos.k12.in.us.  Parents/guardians who do not have access to a computer or internet may come to the school to register in the high school computer lab on July 13th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and July 14th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. If you are new to the area and need to enroll your child or children, please drop by the school office during open registration on July 13th and July 14th. They will be happy to assist you in the enrollment process.

Textbook rental for Argos Elementary: Kindergarten, $150; First grade, $150; Second grade, $175, Third grade, $175; Fourth grade, $175; Fifth grade, $175; Sixth grade, $175. Textbook rental collection can be made at the school during the registration hours on July 13th and 14th or may be made online using your E-Funds account. If you need to make arrangements for a textbook payment plan, you will be able to do so at the time your online registration is completed.

Elementary student lunch is $2.30 per day.  Jr.-Sr. High student lunch is $2.40 per day.  Student breakfast for all students is $1.30 per day.

Meet the Teacher Night will be held August 3rd from 6-7:00 p.m. Please arrive early-doors will be open at 5:30.  PreK-6 students and parents are invited to bring in their school supplies and hear a presentation from their teachers.   The first day of school for Argos Community Schools is Friday, August 4th for K-12 students and August 14th for pre-K students.

The meeting for all parents of athletes for 2017-18 in grades 7-12 will be Tuesday, August 8, from 7:00-8:00 pm  in the cafeteria. Parents of each student who may participate in any sport during the year need to attend this meeting once every two years.  If parents did not attend last year’s meeting, please make plans to attend this year.

The first day of school for students in grades K-12 is Friday, August 4th.  The first day of school for Pre-school students is August 14th.
