owi-arrestA vehicle traveling north on Oak Drive at a very low rate of speed was stopped Friday night about 10:15 by Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart.

When the vehicle stopped at the light at Oak and PIDCO Drive he conducted a traffic stop and immediately could smell an odor of alcoholic beverages coming from inside the vehicle.

57 year old Martha A. Branscom of Plymouth was driving the vehicle.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person.

Branscom was given a $1,500 cash bond and a July 25 court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
