Wednesday morning, May 31st just before 8 Marshall County Sheriff’s Officer Jonathan Bryant served a warrant at the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street in Plymouth.
26 year old Tyler Byers with a Culver address was located and arrested for the warrant for a probation violation.
During the process officers found illegal drug activity was going on within the room.
20 year old Kathryn Smith with a North Judson address was located within the room.
Tyler Byers and Kathryn Smith were both arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
