owi-arrestOfficer Jeremy Enyart with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Wednesday, May 31st at Jefferson and 1st streets.  The driver, 62 year old Roger Milliser of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth showed signs of possible intoxication.  After conducting a series of standardized field sobriety tests and a certified chemical test, Mr. Milliser was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more.

He was given a court date of June 13, and a $1500.00 cash bond.
