Plymouth Police were dispatched to an accident a Jefferson and 5th Street Thursday afternoon May 4th about 2:15. One of the vehicle involved left the scene west bound on Jefferson Street.
Officer McIntyre located the vehicle out past Pioneer Drive and initiated a traffic stop. Drug paraphernalia was located by Officer John Weir and the driver, 30 year old Christopher Marshall of Plymouth was found to be Driving While Suspended with a prior charge. He was also found to be under the influence of narcotics.
Mr. Marshall was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
