Tuesday afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department for a probationer who failed a drug screen. 38 year old Michael Lee Akens of Goshen was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Probation Violation and held on a $500 cash bond.
