arrested_handcuffsTuesday evening about 11:30 the Marshall County Centralized Dispatch Center received a call of a battery at 309 Kingston Road in Plymouth. Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller responded to the scene and located 26 year old Michael A Layton.  Layton had visible signs on his face of a recent battery.  He was transported to the Plymouth ER for treatment. The suspect, 30 year old Jordan Kilgore was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail for Battery.  His cash bond was set at $750. Michael Layton was treated and the hospital and then taken into custody on a felony warrant for failure to appear out of Marshall County.  He was held with no bond.
