On Monday, February 13th a city officer was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department about 8:15 for a subject that failed a drug screen.
21 year old Josiah Abair of Plymouth had a motion to revoke probation filed on him for failing a drug screen. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond.
