Bremen Police Officer Jared Siple arrested 34 year old Michael Warren of North Manchester on Wednesday, December 14th.
Warren was arrested on a traffic stop for Possession of Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed: all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
