County Building_2The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes a report from the County Highway Department, Quarterly Report from Clyde Avery Director of Emergency Management and the request by Chastity Keller the new CASA Director to apply for a grant.

Jim Hulse who lives near U.S. 6 will address the County Commissioners about the semi truck noise, asking them the enact a noise restriction.

Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel is seeking approval for out of state training and the County Attorney Jim Clevenger will present an ordinance creating an Ordinance Violation Bureau, an ordinance to amend the prepayment procedure and a resolution to transfer a tax certificate to the Town of Bremen.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
