A County Police Officer arrested a Chicago man on Thursday morning for Driving Without a License.
About 1:30 in the morning on July 28th a traffic stop was conducted on US 30 near Plymouth Goshen Trail. 18 year old Davion John Smith was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail and help on a $750 cash bond.
