The Plymouth School Board approved a new contract between the Plymouth Schools and Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center for schools nurse services.
Under the agreement , SJRMC will provide the school corporation with seven registered nurses and two health aides.
The cost will be a total of $358,490.51 for services from August 1, 2016 and May 29, 2017. Half of the total will be due on or before Dec. 1, 2016 and the other half due on or before June 1, 2017.
The Board also approved an agreement with Michigan Behavioral Health Center. The total of the agreement was set at an estimated $131,600. Services are for the 2016-2017 school year. MBHC will provide two full-time teachers including their fringe benefits, supplies, equipment, and training (if applicable). Additionally they will prove the part-time services of a secretary. There is also provisions for attorney fees for contract changes.
PCSC will retain the state tuition support received for those students who are included in the official ADM count.
