Gladney (827x700)DONALDSON, IN – Arsenal Tech High School graduate, Donte Gladney, will continue his basketball career at Ancilla College where he recently signed his National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Letter of Intent.

The 6’2” guard played four years for the Titans under head coach Jason Delaney. He was named as a City-County All-Star and also received honors as the third team all Indianapolis City League. During his senior season, Gladney and his team finished 15-9 overall.

“Donte has been of our hardest workers for the past four years,” said Delaney. “He has continued to have the desire to improve and Ancilla is getting a great player and a great young man.”

Ancilla head coach Aaron Butcher remarked, “Donte is someone we are very excited to add to our program. He is a tough kid and someone who will be able to affect the game on the defensive end of the court. He has continued to improve the last few years and we look forward to helping him continue that growth.”

“I hear I’m dealing with a great coach,” commented Gladney. “I believe that under the direction of Coach Butcher, I will get all of the direction and motivation to get where I need to be.”

Gladney is the son of Patrice Harris of Indianapolis. While at Ancilla, he plans to major in Business.
