ArrestedMonday evening about 6:45 Plymouth Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to and accident at 1900 North Michigan Street.  During the investigation it was discovered that one of the drivers involved, 50 year old William P. Brown of West Lincoln Highway was intoxicated and under the influence of alcohol.

Mr. Brown was transported to the Plymouth Hospital where he submitted to a chemical test.  Following the test William Brown was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodges for Operating While Intoxicated.  His bond was set at $1,505 cash and he was give a September 8th date for his initial hearing in Superior Court II.
