ArrestedFriday evening just before 6, Plymouth Officer John Weir arrested 35 year old Tanya Mullins of Plymouth on a warrant service for possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.  She was lodged in the county jail on a $3,000 cash bond.

Sunday night about 11:30 Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop at Michigan and Skylane Drive for a vehicle that turned with no signal.  The vehicle then went off the improved roadway.    The officer suspected the driver, 24 year old Nicholas Lazzari of Plymouth to be intoxicated.  After a brief investigation Lazzari was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a blood test which confirmed the officer’s suspicions.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
