Plymouth Community SchoolsThe Plymouth School Board will meet on Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 P.M. for an Executive Session and at 7:00 P.M. for a regularly scheduled meeting. The regular session is open to the public; however, comments from the audience are limited to agenda items only.

The agenda for the Executive meeting lists only one item: “To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employee”.

The Board will consider several items during the Business Transactions portion of the meeting including: Curriculum content adoption: social studies; textbook fees K-12; and Athletic Trainer agreement. Other consideration will be given to refinance of pension bonds and PCSC auction slated for June 8 for excess items.

Although a couple of years away, the Board will be hearing the proposed details of an education tour student’s historical trip to Europe in 2017.

Consent agenda items being considered will be a number of overnight trips for students as follows: Plymouth High School Yearbook trip to Allendale, MI; PHS Senior Football trip to Muskegon State Park, MI; PHS FFA Indiana State Convention, West Lafayette, IN; PHS Boys Basketball Team to Goshen, IN; and PHS Boys Basketball Team to Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Resignations being considered include, but are not limited to , Kathryn Richards , Menominee interventionist teacher; Rhonda Hebert, Washington Discovery Academy 4th grade teacher; Ruthie Mendoza, Menominee kindergarten teacher; Kelly Burridge, Jefferson 4 the grade teacher, and Jim Phillips, PCSC Director of Safety and Security.
