Wednesday afternoon about 1:30 Plymouth Police were dispatched to a single vehicle traffic accident at Walnut and Adams Streets in Plymouth.
Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted the investigation and found that 22 year old Alisa Cogswell of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a license.
Cogswell was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle without receiving a license. Her bond was set at $505 and was posted about 2 ½ hours later. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on April 28th.
