Thursday evening about 7:45 Plymouth Police were notified of a burglary at 1132 Warana Drive. The juvenile suspect was seen running from the property. Officers responded and canvassed the area between Pennsylvania Avenue and Ferndale and Hillcrest. Within in a few minutes they located the juvenile male subject who was running between houses in the 1,000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
The juvenile was transported to the Plymouth Police Department where he was interviewed by detectives and confessed to having been the perpetrator. The juvenile was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for burglary, intimidation and theft.
Officers searched an area between Lincolnway East and Ferndale for items the suspect had ditched prior to be detained by officers.
