On January 22, at 6:30 p.m. a vehicle was stopped at North Main Street and Cass Street for an equipment violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, Larry Johnson, 57, of Culver, was operating on a suspended drivers license which was an infraction offense. Johnson was summoned to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.

On January 22, at 7:40 p.m. a vehicle was stopped at Lakeshore Drive and State Road 10 for an unrelated traffic violation and equipment violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, Gina Hominger, 45, of Culver, was operating on a suspended license which was an infraction offense. Hominger was summoned to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.

On January 24, at 7:18 p.m. a vehicle was stopped at State Road 17 and Jefferson Street for a headlamp violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, Scott McNeece, 44, of Culver, was operating on a suspended drivers license with a prior offense, which resulted in a misdemeanor offense. McNeece was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and scheduled to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.

On January 26, at 4:38 a.m. a vehicle was stopped at Lakeshore Drive and Lakeview Street for a headlamp violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, Joshua Hopper, 25, of Culver, was operating on a suspended drivers license with a prior offense, which resulted in a misdemeanor offense. Hopper was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and scheduled to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.

On January 27, at 5:00 p.m. a vehicle was stopped at Lakeshore Drive and Fleet Parkway for a traffic violation. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, Tori Drubert, 19, of Warsaw, was operating on a suspended drivers license which was an infraction offense. Drubert was summoned to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.

On January 28, at 7:51 p.m. a vehicle was stopped at Lakeshore Drive and State Road 10 for an expired license plate. During the investigation of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver, George Hopple Jr., 54, of Culver, was operating on a suspended drivers license with a prior offense, which resulted in a misdemeanor offense. Hopple Jr. was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and scheduled to appear in the Marshall Superior Court.
