Neal_HeackThe initial hearing for former Marshall County Highway Superintendent, Neal Haeck has been set for Tuesday, October 21st at 8:30 in Marshall Superior Court I.
In mid September the grand jury met and returned an indictment for theft as a Class D felony against Haeck. The one count indictment alleges that during 2012 and 2013 Haeck exerted unauthorized control over the property of Marshall County government consisting of scrap metal valued at $12,351.41.
Mr. Haeck retired from the highway department in May of this year.
