08/04/14 Leonard Isban, founder of the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County will appear before the Marshall County Commissioners this morning to seek additional funding for the program that has approximately 800 members. Last month he spoke to the County Council and challenged them to increase their funding of $15,000 for the program.
Mary Jan Hedman, Executive Director of the Saint Joseph Valley Metronet will discuss the joint project currently in the installation phase and Bart Trester from USI will update the conduit installation project along with the 7th Road project.
Jackie Wright from Older Adult Services will discuss a grant application while Linda Rippy, Director of the County Museum will present her quarterly report.
Emergency Management Director Clyde Avery will bring forth the Emergency Plan update again. Commissioners will also hear the highway report, county attorney report, auditor’s report and open up the meeting for public comments and questions. They meet in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
