County Police Investigate 5 Break-ins at Lake of the Woods

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the forced entry into 5 unoccupied homes at Lake of the Woods. 

 On Wednesday, April 9^th the Detective Jeff Snyder responded to the 3500 block of West Shore Drive.  It is believed that during the overnight hours of April 8^th to early on April 9^th unknown subjects forced entry into 5 unoccupied lake homes.  Once inside, the subjects pulled items out of the cabinets and drawers to check the contents.  Various items were reported stolen including a flat screen television, trolling motor, fishing equipment, and various power tools. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Marshall County Police and citizens are urged to report suspicious activity as it is happening.
