Plymouth finished in 2nd place in the Plymouth Powerball Tournament over Blueberry Festival weekend. Here’s how the tourny finished:
Despite 5 kills by Hunter Stevens and Emily Stevens, Plymouth fell short 2-1 against Highland in game one.
Game two was an impressive 2-1 win over Muncie Burris. Hunter Stevens had 4 ACES in the victory.
Game three was another 2-1 win, this time over Southwood. Junior Haley Harrel had 18 assists and 13 digs in the win.
Game four was a dishearting 2-0 loss to New Prairie. Libby Portteus had five kills in the loss.
Juniors Haley Harrell and Hunter Stevens along with Senior Emily Eveland were named All-Tourny.
Plymouth is now 4-4 on the season. Next game will be against South Bend Riley.
