04/12/13  On Sunday, April 7th at 3:23 P.M.  Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman responded to Wal-Mart in reference to an internal investigation that had been conducted by Wal-Mart Asset Protection.  Arriving at the store, 60 year old Linda J. Horazy of Knox was taken into custody for theft.  Horzay was transported to the Marshall County Jail and was booked in on a $1,505 bond.  She was release 50 minutes later after posting bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court I on May 7th.

On Monday, April 8th at 8:16 P.M. Officer Workman conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Street in front of Centennial Park.  The driver, 38 year old Sarai Rosas-Ortiz of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle without receiving a license. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 bond that was paid a couple of hours later and she was released. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on May 7.

On Tuesday, April 9th at 2:10 P.M. Officer Steve DeLee responded to the Marshall County Probation Department in regard to a female subject having an active warrant.  Arriving on scene, 23 year old Terah A. Martin of Plymouth was taken into custody for on an active warrant through Marshall County for residential entry, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  Martin was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond. Her bond was paid at 7 p.m. and she was released.
