02/23/13 On Thursday, February 21st at 4:13 PM, Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the residence at 1420 West Madison Street to serve a warrant. Arriving there, 34 year old, Heather A. Gutierrez of Plymouth was arrested on an active warrant through Marshall County for dealing, delivering or manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine within a 1000 feet of a school or park, resisting law enforcement and visiting a common nuisance. Also arrested was 47year old, John Bobby of Plymouth who was wanted on three active warrants for theft, dealing, delivering, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine within a 1000 feet of a school or park, resisting law enforcement and visiting a common nuisance. Mr. Bobby was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the time of his arrest. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $100,005 bond.
