02/15/13 Fort Wayne-based residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage announced the addition of Stephen Hissong to their company, who will conduct business from their satellite office in Plymouth.

Hissong was hired as a senior loan officer and will be originating loans and working closely with realtors and home buyers throughout the process.  His experience spans purchase and refinance loans using conventional, FHA, VA, & USDA financing.

“Steve has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry, including outstanding customer service,” said Mark Music, Ruoff President & CEO. “Hiring Steve will enable us to continue the expansion of our branch network, including into Plymouth, which will open soon. We are fortunate to have him join our team.”  

Hissong was with 1st Source Bank as a mortgage loan officer for 15 years.  He attended Ball State University where he obtained his bachelor degree in Marketing.  Hissong has been a resident of Plymouth for nearly 40 years and lives there with his wife and three children.  He is the treasurer for the Marshall County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and also serves on the family selection committee.   Hissong is a member at the Plymouth Country Club and attends United Methodist Church.
