04/02/12 The Plymouth School Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 3 at the Administration Board Room on Berkley Street. The time of the meeting, however, has been changed to 5:00 p.m.

Among other items, the board is expected to consider naming an incoming Assistant Superintendent and the Director of Quality Programs. Current Assistant Superintendent Rodger Smith announced his retirement earlier this year that will become effective at the end of the current school year. The Director of Quality Programs is a new position that will incorporate the administration of several of the programs within the entire school system into one.

Other agenda items include the following: Selection of Curriculum Content adoption, approval of summer projects, consideration of park board contract, and permission to advertize for additional appropriation for debt service fund.

The meetings of the school board are open to the public, but comments are limited to agenda items.
