01/24/12 On Friday, January 20th about 1:00am, Marshall County Patrolman Brandon Cooper stopped to assist what was to be believed to be stranded motorist at the intersection of Lincolnway East and Ferndale Avenue.
At the time of the stop three subjects fled and ran from the officers. A foot pursuit ensued and officers were able to catch two of the three subjects, which were later identified as
Joseph R. Childers 19 and
Adam M. Macias 24, both of Plymouth. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where Macias was booked in with public intoxication and resisting law enforcement and was given a $2000.00 cash bond. Childers was booked in for resisting Law enforcement and was given a $1000.00 cash bond. Both men are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court number II on February 21st at 8:30am.
